Perfectly situated among olive groves in the picturesque village of Margarites, Margarites Villas consists of two separate villas: Villa Agapi and Villa Agios Georgios. Villa Agapi covers 135 m² within a 1,200 m² fenced plot, and blends modern comforts with the serenity of its natural surroundings, offering stunning views of the Cretan Sea and the surrounding mountains.

Designed for relaxation, Villa Agapi features a private heated swimming pool, a gas barbecue, and an al fresco dining table, perfect for enjoying the warm Cretan climate. The two-storey villa is furnished in a minimalist yet cozy style and comfortably accommodates six guests in its three bedrooms, with the option to host up to seven if needed.

Indoor Layout - Ground Floor

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an indoor dining area. The living room features a large sofa, a fireplace, a 43” smart TV, a home cinema, and a red leather massage chair. It opens up to a veranda with a sitting area that leads to the pool area. The ground floor also hosts a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a washing machine.

First Floor

Reaching the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (0,90x2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (0,90x2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a window. The beds can be joined as a Queen-sized bed upon request if needed. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, a closet, and a 28” smart TV.

Outdoor Area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:

- 35 sq. m private swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week's advance notice).

- Outdoor dining table

- Under an impressive wooden pergola, guests will find a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area for 6 guests, as well as a 52’’ smart TV.

- Free parking space for up to 2 cars

- Finally, the owners have a private deer park behind the Villas, in a fenced area, where you can admire and get in touch with these beautiful animals and feel closer to nature.
